Yes. Each piece is designed and fabricated by hand in small batches. Subtle variations are part of the process and make each object unique.

Are the pieces handmade?
Lizhen pieces are made primarily from solid sterling silver. Select designs incorporate natural stones. Materials are always listed on each product page.

What materials do you use?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. This can be polished back to brightness with a soft cloth. Many pieces are designed to age beautifully with wear.

Will my silver tarnish?
How long will my order take to ship?

Many pieces are made-to-order, so pieces will ship out between 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Production timelines will vary.
Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, we do not currently accept returns.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Lizhen does custom commissions! If you’re interested in creating a variation of a piece, or something unique, please reach out to lizhenjewelry.com with a brief description of what you’re envisioning. We will work on each piece together, timeline varies depending on the piece.
