Are the pieces handmade?

Yes. Each piece is designed and fabricated by hand in small batches. Subtle variations are part of the process and make each object unique.
What materials do you use?

Lizhen pieces are made primarily from solid sterling silver. Select designs incorporate natural stones. Materials are always listed on each product page.
Will my silver tarnish?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. This can be polished back to brightness with a soft cloth. Many pieces are designed to age beautifully with wear.
How long will my order take to ship?

Many pieces are made-to-order, so pieces will ship out between 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Production timelines will vary.
Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, we do not accept returns at the moment.
Do you accept returns?

Yes. Lizhen accepts custom commissions on a limited basis. If you’re interested in creating a variation of a piece, or something unique, please reach out on instagram with a brief description of what you’re envisioning. Each piece is developed collaboratively.
